Final Cut Pro
Set up the Capture Scratch Disc - Tell FCP where you want your files to be located, usually in a separate Media HD (3:13)
Log and Capture (import your DV footage) and separate captured footage into segment clips using DV Start/Stop Detect (5:02)
Create full screen text with a shadow using the text generator (3:03)
Keyframing basics (2, 3, & 4) with still images using keyframes in the Canvas and Motion tab - Also importing still images (1)

AudioiTunes/Music
Use a digital still camera to record audio and/or video for a project to use in FCP or other application.
Import music from a CD without using iTunes.
Convert music files (m4a, mp3, AAC) to an AIFF file, necessary for Final Cut Pro.

Soundtrack Pro
Sound FX - Use Sound FX (there are many) in Soundtrack Pro and export them as an AIFF file, to be used in a FCP project.
